Personal Training Now At Prime

We now offer 1:1 coaching in our private gym with Personal Trainer, Carole Myles. Working alongside Prime physiotherapists, the input and expertise of our Personal Trainer brings an exciting new dimension to Prime.

We decided to offer this service following requests from physio patients and class participants, also from seeing a need to bridge a gap between physio and returning to normal activity.   Working directly with clients, Carole will help work towards achieving your goals whether they are everyday health goals or specific performance goals. 

Carole may be new to the Prime Sports Physio team but has been helping people with their health and wellness goals for many years.  With over 20 years experience, Carole has helped all types of clients with all levels of ability. 

As a coach, Carole aims to inspire, motivate and educate through sound training and nutrition principles.  So whether you need help to recover from injury, lose weight, build muscle and strength, or generally improve health and fitness, she has a wealth of experience and knowledge to offer.

The 1:1 coaching service at Prime is designed to ensure clients have the best care and support to help them achieve a healthier, more active lifestyle.  We are passionate and invested in supporting our clients to move better and get stronger.

Join Carole on Thursday 28th October 6.45pm for a free Zoom Pilates Class. Carole is opening up this class, which runs each week as a studio class, as a one-off Zoom session to allow more people to get to meet her and try her style of teaching (which is fab!). The focus of this Pilates class will be mobility to increase ROM, movement efficiency and posture. Book via the Book Classes tab.
