New Pilates, Yoga, Fitness & Strength Class Block Bookings From Week Beginning 8th November.

From Monday 8th of November our classes programme will be returning to booking in short blocks of around 6 weeks (dependent on holidays). Feedback from class participants and instructors is that attending for a block of classes gives the best continuity and better gains for health and well-being.

Booking classes in blocks is easy – click on the first date of the “course” to book for the 6 week block. It will still be possible to book for individual classes, and bookings for individual classes will open 24 hours before the block starts. All current class pass credits will still be able to be used for bookings.

We know that there will be reasons why people can’t attend for a particular class during a block, and a class credit will be automatically refunded when classes are cancelled by the participant on Gymcatch with more than 12 hours notice. The class credit can be used to book any other class of the same length of time where there is availability – e.g. a 60 minute class credit can be used to book Pilates, Yoga, Backcare Fit, Core & Floor, Functional Strength or Zoom Pilates. Our 60 minute live-stream Pilates classes will change to the same class fee as face to face classes to allow for the easy transfer between classes should this be required.
