Strength & Conditioning Classes

Strength Training: Monday 6pm & 7.05pm, Tuesday 9am & 10.05am, Thursday 5.15pm, Friday 9.30am
Cardio Conditioning & Strength Training: Friday 10.45am

We are offering 2 different types of strength-based gym classes and a circuits class in the studio:

Strength Training Classes are intermediate level fitness classes led by our experienced Personal Trainer. Strength Training is designed to improve your overall strength, stability and movement patterns for sport or day to day living. This class uses a mixture of core stability, body weight strength, balance, resistance training and power work. Strength training is also ideal for runners, cyclists, skiers and active people, as well as people who are managing niggles/aches and pains from prolonged desk time or change in habits.

Cardio Conditioning & Strength Training combines cardio machine work, body weight exercise, resistance work with bands and TRX, and free weights in groups and circuits. This is a class to raise your metabolic rate, improve your strength and leave you full of endorphins.

Gym classes are small with a maximum of 6 – 8 participants. The instructor makes adjustments and progressions for each participant to ensure that the maximum benefit is gained.  It is helpful to bring some water to remain hydrated during your session.
