We work hard to provide excellence in clinical care for all our clients. To be consistent with this aim, we have an appointment cancellation and non-attendance policy in place to allow us to schedule appointments for all patients. When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been set aside for you and when it is missed it means that the time cannot be used to treat another patient who needs our services.
We request that you please give our clinic at least 24 hours notice by telephone in the event that you cannot attend your scheduled appointment slot. If you cancel your appointment with less that 24 hours notice a late cancellation fee may apply.
Missed appointments are considered to be cancelled appointments without adequate notice and therefore the full standard fee will be due.
If a patient accumulates a total of 3 missed appointments or appointments with inadequate notice of cancellation being given, the patient may not be rescheduled for future appointments until the outstanding fee amount is paid in full
ARRIVING LATE FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT
If you arrive late for your appointment we will do our best to deliver your full appointment time but please bear in mind this may not always be possible if the diary is busy and the full appointment fee will stand.
